Simply fill out our new client form! From there, our admin team will reach out to schedule a complimentary phone consultation.

In our easy-to-use client portal, Time to Pet, you can schedule, modify or cancel visits, message your sitter and our admin team directly, and pay invoices.

Each visit includes time-stamped, GPS-tracked reports (along with photos) so you can see updates on your pet!

Before you hire us, we want to ensure we’re the perfect match for your pet — and that you feel completely confident leaving them in our care.

During our meet-and-greet, one of our professionals will visit you and your pet in person to discuss all the important details about their needs and your requested services. We’ll spend quality time with your pet to get to know their personality and begin building a trusting relationship. At the same time, we’ll get to know you, your household and your expectations, so we can create a customized care plan that fits your schedule, your pet’s routine and their needs.

We walk year-round, but your pet’s and our team members’ safety always comes first. During extreme weather, we may shorten outdoor time for safety and substitute indoor play or enrichment. We’ll always communicate any adjustments!

We are available for care between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., seven days a week, 365 days a year! Additional fees apply outside of business hours. Head over to our Services Page for the details.

We do our best to ensure consistency and familiarity by introducing two or three team members to each household. This helps your pets build trust and ensures reliable coverage if your main caregiver is unavailable.
